Run a mile, don't even consider it. 30000k's without a service! I'm suprised it even runs.
In my opinion the car is a ticking time bomb, maybe not in the short term, but it reliability will have been compromised for sure.
I've seen Subaru engines blow from that sort of thing.
If it was still in new car warranty, which it isn't, the warranty on the engine would most likely be void from lack of maintenance.
