So, started with this on Sunday:

Came out relatively easy, except I forgot to pull the clutch fork out. Whups. Just with my luck too the engine crane didn't go high enough, so had to lower it back down and roll the whole assembly over to a convenient block and tackle hanging from the roof.
Stripped manifolds and covers and anything else easy off. Got to the point where I need to pull cam wheels off. Pushed everything back into the corner.
This is good... right?
Also in an engine mount breaking related incident last year my motor sat on the piss, the Laille beatrush pitch mount took a bit of damage. Most people would re-use it and never notice, reckon I might rip that bushing out and replace it with solid metal.
