This is very confusing to me.

So if I purchase a product from your business, lets say something easy to install like a boost gauge and it is "dead on arrival", you are stating that unless I have had it installed at a workshop that is licensed by the Department of Commerce to install boost gauges (does such a thing even exist) you will not accept return of that product?
