if it is illegal to drive with them on then why isn't is made compulsory for manufactureres to have them wired so they only come on with high beams and can't operate with only lows? would save alot of confussion. WRX fog lights are weak as piss anyway and are alot less annoying than ones on commodores falcons and some euros. they are particularly annoying on 4wds because obviously they sit higher up
