Provided the diameter of the pipe is the same as stock, I don't see how it would be any different and require a retune?
Admittedly, you're not going to get much out of the mod, but I for one enjoy the vacuum cleaner-like intake noise so I wouldn't have a problem with fitting one, even with stock turbo etc!
