On the back of a Semi would be your best bet, if you really want some kind of protection, ring Patricks or TNT and ask for the car to be put on the bottom row on their Car Carriers as some of them have a tarp covering the sides. To also get a door to door service you would be paying big $$$ and I don't know that Nexus, Jolly's, Patricks or TNT does that anyway.
