Prices will always change when you buy different amounts so no one has done anything but supply a good product for a decent price relative to what they cost at the time.
So no one should feel ripped of or such as when they paid the price they got it at they were happy and got a bargain. 
Considering the ones STi Australia sell @ $300 odd dollars or in Japan for $180 anything at $120 or less is a bargain imo.
