Not having a go but isn't the standard cap 0.9 psi, going to 1.3 is roughly a 40% increase in pressure.........That's a lot more than 0.2lb sounds and people forget the little hoses like the ones that are under the manifold which are either a pig to change yourself for the first time or very expensive to have a mechanic replace, I remember doing it myself & what a pita.
