Get out of car at work - phone slips out pocket and hits ground. Back screen smashed. Apple store replace it same day free of charge.
Drop phone in water - apple store give me a brand new phone free of charge 3 hours after I did it
Software update fails and sticks in dfu mode - free phone the next morning as it happened late Sat.
Id be epically angry, but you have to thank Apples customer service !
