What would it cost for you to install the Parker LED, Interior LED, and Phillips h4 (i think) HID KIT into my car while its there?

Red theme in mind :P not sure if any HID's/Led's come with that sort of colour/temp though?

Also is it okay to install HID's into my stock reflective bug eye's? or is it worth buying the sti projector style ones?
