Thank you once again for your support guys. We have sold out on the stage 3 clutches and new stock will be coming in a week.

Why Exedy?
Exedy is owned by one of Japan's biggest multi-national Companies called Daikin. Yes the same company that manufactures the air conditioners. Daikin produces all the factory clutches for all Japanese car manufacturers, which means that every new factory Jap car that roll out of the dealerships uses its clutches. Therefore, Exedy will have the engineering capability and experience to develop aftermarket performance clutches.

WORD OF ADVICE: Do not compare Exedy with brands like Xtreme and other wanabe brands that the marketing company somehow forget to mention to you that they are in fact made in China. They cushion the clutch plate up for you and trick you into thinking that you have bought a strong clutch with easy driving. You will get a stong clutch with easy driving for a month and then the performance characteristics of that clutch is gone after that. Let's get real, if you want a strong clutch in a high performance car, you must learn to handle the car too. Otherwise, sell the manual and just get an AT.

Stage 3: Recommended for high performance use.
We have fitted the stage 3 on both the 5-sp WRX and 6sp STi.

The stage 3 is a touch and go clutch, which means it requires accurate footwork for both street and race use. This clutch will however require a 2wk bedding period as it has a very tough ceramic clutch plate. This is recommended if you want a true performance clutch that will last and will not burn out like an organic clutch. But be warned, gone are the days of relaxed driving but instead, join the club of true racers.

Stage 1: Recommended for daily driving.
If you are one who doesn't own a 300hp atw rex, who never goes to the drags or circuit and doesn't drive the car hard for more than a minute, use the stage 1 clutch. It is a good heavy duty clutch that will take the occasional 10sec trash from one traffic light to the next. But be warned, it will not survive a good half day at the Kwinana motoplex.

Regards,
Mao
