As the thread suggest, what do you use to edit/manipulate your shots.

Of course the data has to be there in the first place, but what do you use to make it just so, any pros or cons.

Previously i have been using photoshop elements 6.0, cheaper than CS, but doesn't seem to pop like lightroom does produce.
