Well, it's been 18 months since I updated this thread.
Back then I had just bolded on a TD06-20g, turbosmart wastegate and screamer pipe. Chucked her on the dyno, had epic wastegate leaks and made a whopping 310hp.
I looked at replacing the internals of the turbosmart gate, but it ended up being not worth it, and bought a water-cooler Tial MV-R external gate instead.
Working away at the time meant I didn't have time to get a new tune, and with plans to do a few more mods I thought I'd wait until they were done before the tune. So I wound her back to wastegate pressure (about 1 bar) and decided to leave it like that until I had the time and money to finish the mods and tune it.

Then I bought a house.

More than a year on, I'm still cruising around on 1 bar of boost... which is completely stupid and boring. 1 bar on a 2.0L with 272cams and a TD06 is quite possibly the worst combination ever.
I've decided I'm going to run E42.5 (E85/U98 50-50). I initially thought I'd just leave the tune a little longer until that's done, but really want to have a baseline U98 tune figure to see what the gains of corn juice really are. So I've booked it it for a tune at the end of October. I'm expecting somewhere around 350hp and 400torques on U98.
I'll then make the appropriate fuel system mods (which probably wont be very many in reality) and tune it on the corn juice/U98 mix.

I couldn't see a complete mod list in this thread, so I'll rack my brain and see what I can remember:

-Complete interior re-trim in cream leather.
-Custom fibreglass and vinyl trimmed false floor
-Centre gauge pod with Defi boost, oil pressure and water temp gauges.
-Custom leather trimmed door speaker pods, and dash mounted tweeter pods.
-Customized fibreglass centre console designed to suit double din dvd plaver, and i-pod docking station.
-DVD screens in rear of front seats.
-Custom boot stereo install and Perspex false floor to house amplifiers in spare wheel well.
