"subject to finance approval" is a little vague unfortunately. Although some dealer supplied finance if very competitive, you don't want to get caught out. Make sure you specify exactly. Ie "subject to finance from xyz institution".
You'd hate to be stuck with 20% GE finance because you weren't specific.
