i'm sure myself and many others here have been in a situation when "the period is late"/ missing, you sit there and hope it didn't happen, but if and when it does you change the attitude and cope it on the chin, pick yourself up and get on with life. Having a baby is not the end of the world and in fact quite the opposite.
