Was real easy to do on the GC8. Don't know if it's different for other models.
You just pull the pipe from the L/H side (passenger side) of the throttle body. Pull the other throttle body pipe off at the heater pipe side, this pipe then loops around and connects to the L/H side of the throttle body (just to keep the crap out - doesn't matter if it kinks). The other pipe loops from one heater pipe to the other without kinking and allows the coolant to flow between both heater pipes.
The hardest part was getting the intercooler back on. The plastic pipe that goes on the the turbo outlet is a bastard to get back on.
Anyway I don't know if it's all in my head, or because it's only 3 degrees this morning, but the car seems quite a bit more responsive.
