Well if you have Keratoconus, it is not recommended to have laser surgery full stop!! Apparently it is even illegal in Germany to perform laser eye correction surgery on people who suffer from this disorder.
Keratoconus is the thinning of the Cornea. Symptoms include changing levels of visual acuteness on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and "ghosting" of images.
How do I know? I have it. I am currently wearing Accuvue softs, but if it gets any worse the only solution is hard contacts or coke bottle specs.
