Hey mate, i had to fix up some cracked plastic headlights. The stuff i used was 2 parts, the first part is like a very fine sand material that you pit on, then the liquid. The liquid part is pretty much like super glue. Within 5 -10 seconds the grains & liquid fuse together and its really strong.

You can sand it too, although it takes a fair amount of effort, as it does dry pretty bloody hard.

Its called :- beyond super glue Rapid Fix (2 bottles 1 red, 1 blue. about the size of an eye drop bottle) & I got it from Auto One in Morley. I am sure any Auto One shop would have it. Or possibly other Auto shops. Bunnings maybe???
