I know what you meant, just trying to point out that not all family work together or live near each other or have the same time tables as each other. I am sure if they did they would car pool because no one likes paying for fuel.
Why don't you buy a bus and pick all ur family each day on your way to work and drop them off then go to your work. Once you do this come back and let me know.
