I’m looking for a slide and negative scanner for my mum, and I was wondering if anyone has any idea what mp/dpi I should be looking for?
Is there much difference between 5mp/3600dpi or 9mp/7200dpi when it comes to this kind of stuff

Does anyone know of anything else I should keep an eye out for on these scaners?

The reviews I’ve read online all seem to be quite polarised for different scanners, so if anyone has any experiences or suggestions I would be grateful!
