As mentioned vouchers each member I got them $100 Coles myer vouchers so they can use at several shops including alcohol beverages!!
Plus got the three days off between chrissy an new year for each staff member, which I guess It would equal to $1000/$1500 paid as some are on day rates/doesn't come out of accruals etc....
And introduced a bonus scheme after a crazy year... Geos find stuff and get share price over $1.00 we get Bali trip... Over $2.00 Mauritius !!!! After months of fluttering 11-12 cents, The New board have put us at 16 cents in just two weeks, things could be looking up for early next year!
