If there is no DRS for players, there should be no DRS for umpires either.

If umpires can double check front foot no-balls, then they should be also double checking any LBWs/catches at the same time. It should be used consistently.

Otherwise if DRS is in use it should be refined with how many times it can be used. Also when they appeal to use it the player must specify what he wants to use it for. In the case of appealing against an lbw/caught behind they must state which one. Being given out initially for caught when it was lbw instead should stop happening. If players want to appeal for caught, then see it not out but possibly lbw, they should be able to use another DRS review and go for the lbw.

Otherwise ICC should stop being bossed around by the Indians and make a blanket decision of DRS being used for all games.
