I had all of the above including a Grimmspeed 3 port installed on a Thursday at STechnic then drove the car home and took it to Sean on the following Monday. I drove off boost and encountered no issues or adverse effects in doing this.

Kato is spot on about speaking to Sean first. He is also right about the CAI I reckon. Leave the stock airbox and filter in your boot. My experience tells me you could actually lose some power with the CAI but it does sound cool in a fully hectic sort of way. Ask Sean what he thinks about this because he has seen plenty.
