I find this Quiet funny.
Lets just say firstly Medina is apart of Kwinana, Kewdale is mostly an industrial/commercial area, Armadale is more east than south, Coolbelup and Willagee is now prime real estate. Slowly moving the state housing element to both Sor and Nor suburbs, yes to a suburb near you.
