I had that happen to me when I was selling my integra, a SMS then followed up via email.

she said she was:
-on an oil-rig
-the car was for her sister-in-law in NSW
-she had to pay via PAYPAL because of her bank account security set-up.
-they offered me $1200 MORE THEN WHAT I WAS ASKING!
-and they didn't want to come inspect the car: they just wanted the papers and the keys.

It's a load of BULL clearly.
