If it is a clunking noise, it will be your DCCD (perfectly normal just the way the diffs bind at low speed).

If it is a clicking noise, could be a CV joint.

If you are worried, best to go see a Subaru workshop (i.e. STechnic would be close to you) and get them to have a listen. A broken driveshaft you will see the steel rod hanging under your car and the car becomes an absolute failbus to drive (you are down to 3WD and depending on your diffs it becomes a world of fail).
