I had a look at the specs of the sub - if you're doing a sealed box, it needs to be small eg. 1cu foot. If you're doing a large box (eg. 2cu) you will want it ported which will end up needing a whopping 2.2cu and port tuned to 30-35hz.

If you put it in a massive sealed box, it's going to sound sloppier than a muff burp in a spa bath.
