28mm wide brembo rotors and the TRW fluid together would be more than enough to take that heat.

Rotor hat paint is the worst paint in the world, so relax... You are using your brakes like they are made to do..
Did you actually see the paint bubble before your eyes? If so, that a bit of a no no.. standing still with the rotors glowing hot will do damage eventually... you really need to cool them down before you come to an extended stop.
