You can't do anything wrong. Get it up on a hoist (or ramps), drill some pilot-holes and put in a heap of decent self-tappers.
You can also add a couple of bolts like I did, but you risk what happened to me... hitting your lip with force and having it pull the bolt through the bottom of the bumper and putting a hole in it.
Seriously, you'd have to be an Activ Foundation employee to fuck it up
