I had a talon too. Then I bought an avanti flat bar road bike. I rode about 700km on that before attempting to ride to the beach (2km each way) on my talon again. Msgd Flett when I got home and asked if he wanted to buy it. If u ride a purpose road bike, you'll see the difference.
