I have set myself the goal of losing 10kg by months end.
For the first time in months I am healthy enough to actually push myself so the plan is.
-Mon basketball
-Tues basketball (did 50 min in gym as well yesterday)
-Wed gym (weights mostly)
-Thurs PT session (mate bought me 10 as a present)
-Fri day off
-Sat gym (cardio)
-Sun gym (weights)
3.2kg a week .. should be doable as long as I stay healthy.
