I agree to the concept, but my last visit to Midori just didn't deserve the bill it came with. Food was good, but not the exceptional stuff you'd expect.
However, last Friday I went to Nobu. Japanese/peruvian restaraunt in the Casino. Similar concept to Midori of just getting a bunch of small tasting plates but just 10x better!
Top tip - get the miso cod. I can't even begin to describe the flavour, but it was so fucking delicious I could go back and just order 5 of those and nothing else.
