Fitness junkies, recommend me a treadmill
Guys and girls,
I'd like to go shopping for a treadmill this week.
Despite my insistance that 'round' is a shape, I'm told I need to get in shape. I've lately been walking ten kays or so a day (outside of the running around I do at work) and am doing weights as well, but would like to get a treadmill so I can walk / jog as long as I like without getting my pasty white ass robbed down a dark alley somewhere.
That said, I don't know what to look for in a treadmill. I guess I want something with a good range of speed and incline settings, that's about it. I don't need a heart rate monitor or any other funky junk like that, just a good, solid, reliable treadmill.
Are any brands better than others? What should I be spending to get a decent mill?
Thanks muchly all.
-Cj.
