GD the usual sway bar settings are 22mm front, 24mm rear (small front, large rear bar). Mainly because this is what Whiteline sells. Cusco bars are a bit thinner, but made better (imo) so in your case you have 21mm front, 22mm rear (i.e. still a larger rear bar).

GR/GH chassis is completely different so a different approach is required for the sway bars. Factory on Kym's car is 19mm front and 16mm rear. So all the kits out there will be a larger front bar and smaller rear bar. If I was Kym, I'd slap on the rear bar only as it is a cheap install and see how the car handles with that first. Front sway bars are the bitch to install.

Sway bar sizes are not all the be all and end all to making a car have oversteer characteristics. I used to run 22mm front and 22mm rear on my old MY05 and that thing had no problems getting the ass end out.
