I have just built a new house and I do not recommend Studio 8, I recommend you go with a quality builder and have the house inspected by ArchiCentre at every progress report, regardless. Then you can be sure you are getting the product you asked for. Make sure you check all the details and drawings and read and understand the contract. The Building Commission wont deal with any contractural issues over 500K. Good luck
