Snap-on cordless rattle guns are bulky, heavy and have average performance.

I have a massive tool collection, much of it is Snap-on, but there are better spec'd and better priced alternatives out there.

After researching specs and talking to people who use cordless rattle guns a fair bit I opted for Dewalt.

I have Dewalt 1/2" and 3/8" drive cordless rattle guns, they are light, small and have enough torque for almost anything.

Dewalt even have a cool little led light which shines on the nut/bolt that your undoing/tightening.

I very rarely need to use my 900 ft/lb air rattle gun these days.

Dewalt are very well priced on ebay, the same can not be said when buying from a retailer.

I have never had any reliability issues with them.

I would suggest the Lithium-Ion battery type over the Nickel-metal-hydride battery, they are a little dearer, however they are smaller, lighter and gruntier.
