I dont think 400+ would be ridiculous with a TD05-20G (probably 10cm hotside rather than 8cm?) and similar mods on E85. But you'd need to run a built engine and push +20psi to get the full benifits of the bigger turbo IMO, plus live with a laggier engine (although E85 should help out somewhat).....
Maybe the 2.5's are pulling good numbers nowdays. E85, thats super-duper fuel right?

Well to aid in getting a line on things, Im running a TD05-18G with 8cm hot side. This is with a full 3in, extractors, CAI, M800. The engine and TMIC is std (Car is an 05 sti). U98 fuel.

1.3bar boost netted dead on 300hp and 420Nm at the hubs.

An extra 100hp is a fair bit extra due to a bit bigger turbo and E85, let alone 462. Full credit to them though, would be a fast car, the last car I saw pull about 460ish at the wheels was a classic white wrx, no wing, black rims. I think it was reasonably modded and had a turbo bigger than a 20G?
