I would sugest you remove the box again. Possibly the step on the flywheel is too high? or the spline in the clutch plate is wrong and slipping on the input shaft? It has to be internal, get it apart and critically inspect everything.

Is there any drive at all? ie; slips a bit or no drive at all whatsoever?
