Wasn't that a big issue about they 'type' of car White is/was running? If you have enough money, Lambo can make you a Gallardo Super Trofedo Moob edition with whatever I want in it.
Personally I think the rules should be enforced regardless if the 'big spenders' don't come back because they were found to be cheating/in a new special class. Stretch the rules as far as you can, but don't break them.
Or maybe just create a big $ club where people can go nuts?
