No - neighbour is building the medieval fort. I'm just the beneficiary of a rubble limestone wall for $0 outlay excepting the use of some of my land for 5 months. Another good part - it's ALL on his land. No boundary straddling. The house also feels cooler as it works brilliantly as a thermal mass (approx 8-9 tonne of limestone) and is on the southern side helping cool / warm the prevailing south westerly winds.
