Wrong the wrx manual says 95, the sti says 98 subaru designed the engine but the trolls on here know more? its absolutely fine to run a 06 wrx on 95 octane, the wrx
ecu has maps and sensors to sort out the differences between 95 and 98 no harm will be done to the engine and its still an awesome car to drive either way, as for your comparison I'd hardly say 95 octan is horse crap compared to 98, 3 octane difference give yourself a break
