Dom I would just stick a stock
bov on it and run it over asap get a list if any and go from there leave the exhaust unless its got no cats !
Also check that you have 90/100mm from the lowest part of your car to the floor. A good site for inspection Ive found is the pits in ozzie park. Had nothing but good inspections there.
