15psi will keep u safe, if u get spikes everynow and then and hit cut a simple fix is to buy a little 1 way windscreen washer valve to stop the boost going through the solenoid causing the ecu to cut fuel/ignition.

I think you mean MAP Sensor, if you block off the Solenoid, you end up building up infinite boost with no pressure getting to the Wastegate Actuator.
