Cheers mate! It's definitely not a fixie, I run a freewheel Although I have a flip flop hub, I never use fixed.. bad for your knees. The photo above was taken before I fit my brake caliper, but its definitely running brakes now.

I built the bike from scratch.. bought the frame from eBay, brand new never used, for a steal. It's from Shhh! Bikes in NSW (its called a Miss Miles frame, made out of butted thin wall cr-mo tubing.. its ultra light for a steel frame), and all the other parts from various vendors.

I went to Liberty Bikes open stand night and cut the fork, installed the stem and fitted the star nut using their specialist tools.. so its a proper DIY job.

The bottom bracket was the only thing installed by a bike shop, because I didn't have the correct spline tool to tighten it up, but the rest was done by me.

Shhh! Bikes Miss Miles frame and fork, 56cm.
Custom paint option (they normally come in two tone only, this one is completely white)
Aerozine sealed headset
Surly stainless steel seatpost clamp
Deda polished seat post
Selle San Marco Regal honey brown saddle
Carbon Fibre headset spacers
Cinelli Ant 60mm headset
Niner YAWYD (You Are What You Drink) fork cap.. same size as a beer bottle so you can snap any beer cap onto it
Deda Dritto flat bars
Charge silicon grips (they were meant to be white, but Wiggle sent the wrong ones.. so they're gold/yellow)
Surly Tugg Nut chain tensioner.. has built in bottle opener
Velocity Deep V rims
Formula sealed hubs
DT Swiss stainless spokes
Continental tyres (white tread with blackwalls)
Diatech Gold Finger brake lever
Tektro R540 dual pivot forged caliper (sooo nice to brake with)
MKS Sylvan pedals and clips (the BOMB).
White Industries Eno freewheel (super expensive, but the best you can get).

I had a half link chain on there, but it was heavy and shit.. couldn't take any lateral movement whatsoever, and my chainline was out 2mm. I bought the Eno freewheel to reset the chainline, but by that time, I'd snapped the removable link on the half link chain.. so I went and bought an ordinary chain, problem solved.
