if you have a trolley jack + axle stands, and a torque wrench, it can be done in under 60mins (using hand tools) or under 25 mins if you have access to a rattle gun. that should save you a few bucks there. jack car up, place on axle stands, repeat for other end, use rattle gun to remove lug nuts, rotate and torque the nuts correctly.
