Tony, as Matt said I alternate between 2 days and 3. I enjoy being home every weekend but you just dont get to relax.

Il have you know Tristan that BHP has recignised that the 5-2-4-3 roster is shit and trying to make as many of those roles reso where possible but it comes down the individual GM so if I want a different roster I must transfer sites.
Im looking into transfer options now to finish up doing this roster!
