visibility is only for connecting new devices, that's why it turns off automatically. once 2 devices are paired, neither device should need to be made visible. I'd be looking in your phone for a setting that's not allowing the connection to be made automatically, probably listed in a bluetooth devices menu where it lists your car stereo maybe?
