In all honesty, speak with Sean then and get him to guide you on how to get there.
But FWIW, the VF43 and VF52 are pretty similar sized snails, so I'm guessing 300 is not beyond reach, although my engine was slightly different but essentially the same.
I got there with PW TMIC, ceramic coated EL headers and up-pipe, 3"
TBE, 2.4" turbo inlet pipe, 1000cc injectors and a CAI on my 2012 internally stock.
Now to throw a cat amongst the pigeons, word is that United Petroleum are going to stock E85 on pump around May this year, so if you switch to that (possibly need bigger injectors and fuel pump) and get re-tuned on E85, you'll probably hit +300hpatw.
But again, speak with your tuner......
