You will get many different responses to this question.

The current pads may just be screaming because they are glazed.
Have you had a look to see how much brake pad is left?

Personally I have used the QFM's and not had an issue with them screaming ever on the road or track.
I will be changing to something else as I want a bit more bite when on track. I will be trying the Project
Mu's next. But my experience is based on WRX 4 pots, not Brembos.

Call STechnic and ask their advice based on your needs.
They have driven/raced pretty much everything Subaru.
