Got a spare $100k and a year as that's the sort of ballparks you are looking at for a decent app.

If you want to speed up the process and test if the users will like it download Blueprint Lite from the AppStore and create a proof of concept mockup.

If $100k is too much for you then spend the next 4 years learning how to program and you'll only need $100 bucks to submit it to Apple.
